Whatever harms or weakens one system of the body will surely in time affect
another. Exercise alone without diet will never bring optimum health. It is
all
part of the whole. Everything good can be overdone. Too much
exercise, too much sun, too much good food, etc.
We are dedicated to providing information to help you make educated choices
that will provide you with a balanced lifestyle, and eventually result in health
and happiness.
We will be providing information about the harmful effects of smoking,
alcohol, drugs, caffeine, and overeating. For example:
Nicotine constricts the blood vessels and affects the regulation of the
heart. Blood pressure is changed. Lung tissue is being damaged
by the tars in the tobacco smoke. In time the tiny air bubbles where
oxygen transfer occurs are destroyed and does not get transferred as it
should. The brain and other organs are affected. Balance in the
entire body breaks down . Other substances result in similar destructive
unbalance and even death. One of the other most common is the poison
alcohol. We will speak of other dangerous drugs taken
recreationally. All cause that disharmony that destroys wellness or
wholeness. The parts of the body that were made to function together are
broken up, weakened, bringing confusion
Let us not underestimate the affects of overdoing the good things.
Overeating can be as destructive as using drugs . Discipline is
necessary. We cannot let taste and appetite continue to dominate our
choices of food, drink, sexual behavior, exercise, or anything else that
requires self-control and
balance.
By putting into operation the things that are presented in this website, you
